Refund policy

At PawfectSupplys, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

To start a return: Email support@pawfectsupplys.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us immediately with photos — we'll send a replacement or full refund at no charge.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
